Manage chat rooms through the Chat Rooms dropdown menu.
Navigate to Chat Rooms > Chat Rooms
View, create, edit, and manage all chat rooms on your platform. Each chat room can contain multiple channels (similar to Discord) for organizing conversations.
To manage channels within a chat room:
Channels allow you to organize conversations within a room into separate topics or purposes.

| Name | Display name for the channel |
| Channel Category | Group channels under categories for organization |
| Channel Type | Text (regular chat), Announcement (admin-only posting), or Voice (audio communication) |
| Order | Display order within the category |
| Is Private Channel | Restrict access to specific users only |
Within each chat room's channel management page, you can create channel categories to group related channels together. Click Add New Category to create a category with a name and display order.
Navigate to Chat Rooms > Chat Room Categories
