Block and Log IP Addresses
To log IP addresses from the users please follow the bellow steps.
- Goto Admin Dashboard
- Click on Settings
- Click on IP Access on the side bar
- Set "Yes" to Enable IP Logging
- Click on the Update button
If you activate this feature ChatNet will save IP addresses from users in Register, Login, Password Reset functions.
To view the logged IPs,
- Goto Admin Dashboard
- Click Reports
- Click on IP Logs on the side bar
You can disallow users from certain IP addresses or range of IP addresses to access your ChatNet website. This will help you to prevent spammers and unwanted users.
- Goto Admin Dashboard
- Click on Settings
- Click on IP Access on the side bar
- Set "Yes" to Enable IP Blacklist
- Add the IP addresses as a comma separated list in the Black List IPs text box bellow.
- Click on the Update button
