Goto Admin Dashboard
Click on Settings
Click on Timing tab on the side bar
Update New chat receive every in seconds
Update User list updates every in seconds
Update Chat delivery status updates every in seconds
Update User online status updates every in seconds
Update User typing status updates every in seconds
Click on the update button
