As part of our latest update, ChatNet now enables users to make video calls, fostering a more connected community experience. By leveraging Agora's robust WebRTC services, we ensure that these calls are seamless and of the highest quality.
To get started with video calling on ChatNet, you'll need an Agora account. This guide will help you through the process, making it easy for you to integrate Agora's services and start connecting with users worldwide.
It is mandatory for your website to be served over HTTPS. This is not just a recommendation; it is a requirement for the security and privacy of your video calls.


1. Select a use case from the list.
2. Click on the icon next to the App ID section to copy the App ID. Paste it into a notepad, as you will need this later.
3. Click on the 'Enable' link next to the Primary Certificate. A message will appear below.

Now that the Agora setup is complete, make sure the Project status is switched to 'Enabled' and click on 'Save'.

Next, proceed to your ChatNet dashboard and navigate to the 'Video Calling' section. Configure the settings as follows:
With the Agora configuration now successfully integrated into your ChatNet platform, visitors will notice a new "Call" icon appearing next to other users' names on the top bar. By simply clicking on this icon, users can instantly initiate a video call, connecting with others in a more personal and interactive way.
