🎨 Discord-like Modern & Responsive Layout

ChatNet 2.0 introduces a beautifully reimagined layout inspired by the best of modern chat platforms. The interface is clean, fast, and easy to navigate—perfect for teams, communities, and support use cases.

• Sidebar navigation for quick switching between Rooms
• Mobile-friendly UI with responsive components across all devices
• Full RTL (Right-to-Left) support for Arabic, Hebrew, and other RTL languages

🧩 Room Categories & Channels

Rooms are now the central containers for conversations, with full support for structured channels inside them. In ChatNet 2.0, Rooms can also be visually customized with animated icons and cover images to give each space a unique identity and make navigation more intuitive and engaging.

• Rooms can contain multiple Channels
• Rooms can be grouped into Rooms Categories for better organization
• Channels also can be organized into Channel Categories

Channel Types

• Text Channels – For standard conversations
• Announcement Channels – Read-only for members, admin-posts only
• Voice Channels – Real-time audio chat

Channel Permissions

Each channel can be either:

• Public – Accessible to all users in the room
• Private – Visible only to selected users or roles

💌 New Private Message Center

ChatNet 2.0 introduces a dedicated and global way to access your private messages, making 1-on-1 conversations faster and more convenient than ever.

• You can now access your private messages from anywhere by clicking on envelope icon in the sidebar
• No need to enter a specific Room to chat with someone privately
• Instant access to all your direct message history, organized in one place
• Receive real-time notifications and unread indicators for private chats globally

This upgrade brings a true direct messaging experience to ChatNet—accessible, responsive, and seamlessly integrated into your workflow.

🖼️ New Homepage Slider

The legacy homepage layout has been replaced with a customizable slider section for a more dynamic welcome experience. Admins change banners directly from the dashboard.

😄 Unicode Emoji System

We've fully upgraded our emoji system:

• Old shortcode-based emojis (e.g., :tongue-out:) are no longer supported
• New system uses native Unicode emojis for better rendering and cross-device support
• Includes modern emoji picker in the chat interface

Introducing a brand-new “Explore” section to help users discover and join new Rooms:

• Browse public rooms by category
• Preview room details before joining
